Different Types of Jewellery in India

Since ancient times, people have emphasized their status with an expensive and beautiful ring or gold watch. Girls had their ears pierced from birth, girls collected dowry from pendants, bracelets and beads. The original products were only sold in the markets. Many traditions were passed down from generation to generation, and have survived to our modern time. However, you can consider all the available types of jewelry, as well as purchase what you like at any specialized store.

Products made of gold and silver, both earlier and now, emphasize the material well-being of a person. However, many types of jewelry are now forgotten, and it is not so easy to find in stores those that were popular, for example, in the Middle Ages.

STYLE GUIDE: How Long Should A Vintage Sweatshirt Be?

A Vintage sweatshirt is likely to be in every wardrobe because the popularity of sweaters spans all generations and social backgrounds. It was invented back in the US in the 1920s when the owner of an underwear factory was looking for a more convenient alternative . The result immediately became popular and the Vintage sweatshirt - like the hoodie - has been a symbol of sport and comfort ever since. The  Vintage sweatshirt got its not-so-glamorous name "sweat shirt" because of its sweaty condition after exercising.

Even if the sweatshirt is still worn today during sports and on a relaxed evening at home, it is no longer just 'comfort clothing'. The sporty sweaters made of cotton are also popular in everyday life. The only thing that matters is knowing how to combine it and find the right fit. Because even if a sweater generally fits every body shape and size, a bad fit can be super disadvantageous. A sweatshirt that is too tight or loose, too short or too long with an unsuitable neckline or too short sleeves can quickly turn an otherwise good outfit into a faux pas.

5 RULES FOR THE PERFECT PULLOVER LENGTH & FIT

Of course, the question of the right length and fit is a question of individual preferences and tastes. However, there are five golden rules that help you see through the jumble of sizes and materials, regardless of age, height, build or other personal characteristics. If you observe the following guidelines, nothing stands in the way of finding a suitable Vintage sweatshirt ( here you can find information on the perfect t-shirt fit).

  1. Collar : Neither too tight nor too wide or even saggy
  2. Shoulders : The sleeve seam should sit on the shoulder bone.
  3. Sleeves : Ideally, the length goes down to the wrists with a tight-fitting waistband and loose sleeves.
  4. Width : The waistband should lie against the pelvis, but the rest should sit loosely.
  5. Length : The hem should end below the hips, but not cover the bottom.

THE IDEAL COLLAR FOR THE PERFECT FIT OF PULLOVERS

The classic sweatshirt always has a round neck! Advantage: You can combine it with different base layers. If you want to wear the Vintage sweatshirt in collage style, you can have a shirt or polo collar peek out. It is very important with the sweatshirt collar that it does not cut in or fit too tight, because the sweatshirt should still be comfortable (and look like it). If the quality is poor, it can also be the other way around that the collar is worn out so that the waistband hangs forward, which is an absolute no-go.

THE IDEAL WIDTH ON THE SHOULDERS

Since a sweatshirt should be a loose-fitting garment, you have to pay special attention to the placement of the shoulder seam. It should lie as precisely as possible on the shoulder bone. If the shoulder seam is too close to the neck, the sleeve may cut under the arms. However, if the seam is too far down the upper arm, the sweater is likely to look too big and drooping. In addition, a sweatshirt that is too wide makes shoulders appear rather narrow, which is not desirable or advantageous for most men.
Medium is the perfect width

THE SLEEVES: IDEAL PULLOVER LENGTH AND WIDTH

Length: Since sweaters are generally part of the wardrobe for colder days, the sleeves should of course reach to the wrists. With the classic sweatshirt, they end with an elastic cuff to protect against the ingress of cold.
Width: The elastic cuffs should lie against the wrists but never cut into the skin. The sleeves themselves should be loose enough that you can bend your arm without making the length of the sleeves extremely short.
Martin demonstrates how the sleeves should fall even with bent arms (length: standard)

THE OPTIMAL WIDTH: CHECK HIP AND PELVIS

Pelvis: Similar to the sleeves, the waistband should lie loosely on the pelvis, but the rest of the sweater should be casual. Because if the hem of the sweatshirt is extremely tight, it not only looks like you won't fit into your clothes properly, but the rest of the sweatshirt also throws unwanted creases.
Hip: Nevertheless, a sweatshirt that is too wide is not a solution either - especially if you are trying to hide a tummy. Because this supposed “trick” usually makes the wearer look even fuller than he actually is. Typically, the perfect fit will leave 3-6cm of space on both sides of the torso (at hip height).
Not too narrow and not too wide

WHAT IS THE IDEAL LENGTH OF A SWEATSHIRT

The waistband should end under the hips, roughly in the middle of the zipper. It should also not cover your buttocks so that you don't end up looking like a ball on your legs. It is particularly important to pay attention to good quality, because inferior materials can warp after washing and thus make the sweatshirt shorter.
It depends on the length: but not if you
